History
Absortech was founded in 2001. But the history started a decade before that as the founders brought along the experience of working with the old Absormatic product for many years.
The first container desiccant launched by Absortech was Absorpole. But their inventive spirit gave the Absortech founders no rest. It was not long before the product had been perfectly matched to other spaces and load types. That gave rise to the Absorbag and Absortop products, making use of the same chemical principle but in other special designs. Absortech products are currently installed in thousands of containers that are shipped on voyages all over the world.
Today the product portfolio has increased and includes new innovative container moisture protection solutions as well as in-box and in-product solutions.
Absortech carries out a focused R&D which has lead to a number of innovative product features and solutions and views itself as a pioneer in the desiccant industry.
